Another birthday at long last-
More aching bones and other body parts-
More wondering if one should wear Depends when doing farts-
Where did all that youth and vigor go-
Now everything is done very very slow-
Oh for youth when everything was fast and reactive-
Yet the alternative to growing old is not all that attractive!
