“We have stated our willingness to engage in bilateral arms control discussions with Russia and with China, without preconditions,”.

Again no mention of Israel’s illegal nukes was included in his statement.

The problem with entering into any type of negotiations or agreements with Washington DC

is Washington DC has not once, ever, kept it’s word on ANY treaty or agreement.
