At the time Trump ordered the murder of Soleimani, he was on a posted diplomatic mission in Iraq.

Murdering a diplomat on a diplomatic mission is a hanging offense war crime.

Not only did Trump murder Soleimani, but at the same time he murdered two Iraqi military officers, in Iraq, without even telling Iraq he was going to murder a foreign diplomat on a diplomatic mission to Iraq on Iraqi soil.

There is no way to justify or white wash Trump’s international war crime, and the fact he has not been arrested and put on trial by the USA proves the USA is nothing more than a Crime Cabal Corporation in which justice and truth are not only dead, but long buried and rotted in the grave.

TEHRAN- A member of the Coordination Framework Alliance in the Iraqi parliament announced on Monday that the judicial proceedings relevant to the assassination of senior Iranian anti-terror commander General Qassem Soleimani and Iraqi PMU deputy chief Abu Mahid al-Muhandis are continuing and the results will be released soon.
