In 1957 the USA corporate courts switched from Common Law Pleadings to Statutory pleadings, which is a bastard voodoo form of illegitimate corporate law..

Common law states if no one has been harmed, no property damage done, no crime has been committed then no court has jurisdiction over the non criminal action.

Statutory law says the USA corporation can do anything to anyone they want because they damn well said they can.

When my Great grandfather type William the bastard conquered England in 1066, he brought Roman law with him.

As his prodigy ruled from generation to generation, finally the people demanded the Magna Carta rights backed by the personal armies of 25 Barons, Insurers of the Magna Carta.

Most people incorrectly assume the Magna Carta brought forth a new form of law.

Common law was ancient.
It had been surpassed under the Roman law rule of the kings.
What the Magna Carta did was reaffirm ancient Common Law rights, God Given rights of the Common man, which had been suppressed by Roman or because I said so law.

make a Corporate ruling the international corporations manufacturing the killer jabs while making billions on the euthanasia jabs, can not be sued by human souls living on the face of the land of North America for monetary damages for the corporations getting rich while manufacturing killer jabs being used to murder millions of Americans by the humans disabled or the survivors of humans murdered with the killer jabs.

These USA Corporate courts have no jurisdiction on human souls or their Common law courts used to protect humans from evil F##Ks.

The USA Corporate courts illegally try to make corporations of living souls by printing their given names and family names in all capital letters.
Thats how they illegally drag humans into their courts to rape, rob, kidnap and hold hostage in their jails and prisons.

But Corporate courts ONLY have legitimate jurisdiction over corporate matters, not human soul matters.
Human soul matters are the jurisdiction of Common Law Courts.

Therefore the Corporation CDC saying American Humans damaged or murdered by the Corporations making a killing on manufacturing the killer jabs, can not sue the corporations for monetary damage is a complete different matter than the Human souls convening Nuremberg Common Law Courts,

arresting these humans, demonically possessed probably, but still in human body, doing crimes against humanity for the anti-human corporations, and giving the demonically possessed criminal humans fair trials

No “government”.
No corporation.
No Roman styled statutory corporate court has the right to take from or steal from a living soul a God Given Right.

While a corporate court has the right to say another corporation can not sue these corporations for monetary damages, it is beyond the jurisdiction of these corporate courts to try to keep humans from arresting other humans who have done crimes against humans, trying them for their crimes in common law courts, then hanging their asses until their necks snap as they shit their pants thereby exercising their God Given Right of Self Defense because these demonically possessed Zionist Zombie virus infected evil perverts are not going to stop mass murdering humans until forced by hanging to do so.

Or burning at the stake.
Or drawing and quartering.

US currency will be good for only two purposes soon anyway.

‘The CDC will vote Thursday to permanently shield Pfizer and Moderna from “COVID” Killer Jab injury/murder liability’

A CDC committee will convene this week and likely vote Thursday to deliver permanent legal indemnity to Pfizer and Moderna, through the process of adding the drug companies’ mRNA injections to the child and adolescent immunization schedules.

By adding the shots to the childhood schedule, the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) will transfer liability for vaccine injuries to the federal government’s National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP), allowing for Pfizer and Moderna to finally bring an FDA approved shot to the market without opening itself up to lawsuits. Moreover, it will act as another windfall for companies that have already brought in hundreds of billions of dollars in revenues, by requiring these vaccinations for children who attend public schools.

In March 2020, the federal government invoked the PREP Act, which gave Pfizer and Moderna a tort liability shield due to the declared “public health emergency,” which the government is reportedly going to revoke in early 2023. The companies’ emergency use authorization shots have since been protected by the federal government through this 2005 congressional action.

A draft agenda published by the CDC shows what will be on the schedule for Wednesday and Thursday’s meetings.

The Health Resources & Services Administration has clarified what needs to happen for a vaccine to become liability free:

“For a vaccine to be covered, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) must recommend the category of vaccine for routine administration to children or pregnant women, and it must be subject to an excise tax by federal law.”
