Don Williams Good Ole Boys Like Me Live

Don Williams is picking and singing on the other side now, but he left us a whole treasure trove of music.

Never ran the lines but it is through the Williams family I am a 4th cousin to Stonewall Jackson.

Either way a Southern boy singing about the Southern way of life resonates with this Good Ole Boy.

Grew up in the Texas Hill Country, but we had the wind blowing through Live Oak trees at night to lullaby us to sleep.

There was no real Television reception and no TV allowed in the house by my mother anyway, but at night one could pull in far way stations like from that far off place I had not been yet, Louisiana as well as a few Texas stations from here and there.

It was a good life and a wonderful way to grow up.

The Ole Dog!
