Kieran Goss and Rodney Crowell – ‘Til I Can Gain Control Again’

After I came home to stay from sailing the seven seas, got a set of hearing aids, I started learning to pick and sing.
I was singing this song and the wife thought I wrote it about us.
It does fit.

We all spin out from time to time on the road of life.
No shame in allowing one who loves you to hold you in those times when the world just seems to want to hammer one.

To be honest I was a seabee, preferred land to ships.
I found it difficult to dig a fighting position in the steel deck of a ship.

Enjoy the song, life and those who love you.
