THE MORNING

Deep though the night may run-
The morning will usher in the Sun-
People will rise to face a new day-
Cheered by the sight of the Sun’s first. ray-
To work about the art of living-
By the light the Sun has given-
And when the day’s work is done-
The last fleeting rays of light have run-
Bringing again the dark of night-
To Hide the world from our sight-
Then comes the rising of the Moon-
Giving assurance another day will be here soon.
